APPLICATIONS, REPAIRS & RETURNS

 

The STANLEY SHEPPARD COMPANY offers a wide range of pre-sales and post-sales services from its spacious Berlin, Connecticut  facility.

 

APPLICATION  ASSISTANCE & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

 

As we all know, choosing the right tooling for the right application is second-to-none in today's high precision and high production manufacturing environment.  With this as our primary focus, the STANLEY SHEPPARD COMPANY'S staff of highly qualified Sales Associates and in-house Engineers are dedicated to assuring that your application needs, coupled with the right product, provide you with the highest quality results.  One way that we accomplish this is with our APPLICATION INFORMATION REQUEST FORM.  This one page form, which can be submitted on-line or printed out and faxed to us, is a way to gather the information necessary to make educated recommendations on which product will work best for your specific application.  Your Application Information Request Form will be evaluated by a member of our engineering staff who will make any necessary recommendations on your specific application.  No matter what your requirements are, the knowledgeable staff at the STANLEY SHEPPARD COMPANY is ready to serve you.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE  

 

The following products should be sent to BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling, Inc. for evaluation and repair:

 

New Baby Chucks, Hi-Power Milling Chucks, Mega Chucks, Accu Tappers, Drill Tappers, Tapping Reservoirs, Base Masters, Point Masters, Tool Setters and all Measuring Devices.

 

The following products may be sent to STANLEY SHEPPARD COMPANY for evaluation and repair:

 

Angle Heads, Auto Tappers Type A, Multi-Spindle Drilling Heads, Oil Feed Holders/Coolant Inducers and Speed Increasers.

 

If you require spare parts for discontinued products which BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling no longer supports, please contact us to check availability of these parts.

 

Before sending back any products to STANLEY SHEPPARD COMPANY, please complete our REPAIR NOTIFICATION FORM.
